Time flies, looking back on the past

Do you still remember those slightly green but expectant faces when you first joined the company? Time flies, and the internship at Deheng Intelligent for the Class of 2025 has come to an end, and you've started your official jobs. During this time, you've gradually grown from workplace newbies, and every project you participated in and every problem you overcame has witnessed your transformation.

To cherish this time of shared struggle, we meticulously prepared the "Youthful Dreams, Officially Setting Sail" graduation event.

At the event, Mr. Chen, head of the Technology Center, Mr. Yao, manager of the Design Department, and Mr. Liu, manager of the Guangzhou Factory, came with great sincerity, not only to offer their blessings, but also to personally hand over their "avoiding pitfalls" and "growth strategies" to these young people on their career paths.

Youth never ends

Mr. Chen, the head of the technology center, used his own career development as a blueprint, and gave highly practical advice from five dimensions: technical improvement, key points to focus on in the workplace, personal development priorities, the transition from campus mindset to workplace mindset, and the cultivation of a holistic perspective. He said, "There are no shortcuts to career growth, but choosing the right direction and finding the right methods can help you avoid detours."

Design Department Manager Yao is more like a warm-hearted friend. He repeatedly emphasized, "No matter how busy you are at work, don't forget to take care of yourself. A healthy life and happy work are the sustainable growth model." He also warmly invited everyone, "Besides work coordination, we can also get together to play ball or go hiking on weekends, so that we can be more than just colleagues, but also friends."

Manager Liu of the Guangzhou factory, drawing on his frontline experience, pointed out the core of collaboration: "Whether you're in a technical or manufacturing role, you need to understand the pain points of both upstream and downstream partners. More communication and empathy are essential to reduce internal friction, lower costs, and maximize team efficiency."

The three senior colleagues' sharing was devoid of empty talk and platitudes; every word contained sincere expectations for the younger generation, which made the interns present nod frequently, and their notebooks were filled with "practical tips".

Youth is a wonderful journey

"What kind of person will you be a year from now? Will you have achieved your small goals for today?"

The most touching part of the event was undoubtedly the "To My Future Self One Year From Now" ceremony, where each intern wrote down their aspirations for the future: "I hope to be able to independently lead a project," "I want to learn and master three new skills," "I want to become a reliable member of the team," and so on.

These letters, carrying our dreams, were carefully placed into a "time capsule." We made a promise: to meet again at Deheng next year at this time, to open the letters together, share the joy of achieving our goals, or talk about the regrets and growth we had yet to realize. This is not just a ceremony, but a promise to ourselves, a pact with Deheng.

Fun and interactive – unlocking joyful moments

A promising future

In addition to the heartwarming sharing, the event also included a series of lighthearted and fun games, instantly warming up the atmosphere and filling it with youthful energy and laughter.

The "Childhood Guessing Game" segment was upgraded to a more interactive "Childhood Photo Guessing Game," which was arguably the most lively "family reunion" of the entire event. One faded childhood photo after another was displayed on the projection screen, and everyone stared at the facial features in the photos and compared them back and forth. The whole audience immediately burst into applause. This "time-traveling" family reunion allowed everyone to see each other's most innocent selves amidst laughter.

The "story relay" activity completely unleashed everyone's imaginations. Starting with the absurd opening line, "On my first day at Deheng, I encountered a talking printer..." the story raced off in wildly imaginative directions. This illogical yet imaginative relay transformed normally meticulous tech geeks and detail-oriented manufacturing workers into masters of creative thinking.

After the games, everyone enjoyed a wonderful meal. These joyful moments, like shining stars, adorn this memory and become the most beautiful footnote to our youth.

From unfamiliarity to familiarity, every effort and breakthrough during this internship has become a precious memory for Deheng Intelligent. Graduation is not the end, but the beginning of a new journey.
