① Automated production line for automotive body-in-white
The body-in-white main line utilizes roller conveyor and an open-gate assembly system, incorporating automatic pre-fastening, laser welding of the roof cover, and EMS and APC loading methods to meet the automated operation requirements of the welding workshop. The underbody main line employs robotic riveting, gluing, spot welding, arc welding, and material handling to automate the production of the underbody, front longitudinal beams, engine compartment, and front and rear floors. Flexible switching between multiple vehicle models is achieved through turntable and fixture storage. Visual inspection and industrial robot handling are used to automate loading. Visual inspection for gluing and MES system management ensure controllable gluing quality and improve overall product quality control.
