Welcome to the Guangzhou Deheng "Mentorship" Launch Conference!

First, Teacher Guo explained the meaning of "passing on experience and skills" to us.

What is the "mentorship" system? "Passing on" refers to imparting knowledge and skills; "helping" refers to assisting and educating; and "guiding" refers to leading and motivating. To establish a standardized and systematic training system and explore new talent development models, we use a system where instructors provide regular guidance to designated individuals. This enables new employees to quickly integrate into the team and provides substantial assistance to employees who need skills enhancement, thereby promoting the company to become a high-quality learning, sharing, and strategic enterprise.

Company leaders attended the event and mobilized the participants.

The leaders clearly explained the purpose of the "mentorship" program, pointing out that the pace of corporate development could slow down, with a greater focus on employee growth. They then used their own experiences to emphasize the importance of mentors to trainees, offering constructive suggestions for their development. They hoped trainees would emulate their mentors, improving themselves and avoiding pitfalls under their guidance; and that mentors would lead by example, playing their role in promoting trainees' progress and enabling them to develop better. They expressed their expectation that mentors and trainees would learn from and support each other, and that Deheng would continue to thrive in the future.

During the ceremony, leaders presented appointment certificates to the instructors and offered their words of encouragement, enabling the instructors to deeply understand their responsibilities. Afterwards, instructors from each department took turns going on stage to distribute learning record books to their students and offer their words of encouragement, expressing their hopes for the students' future progress.

The instructor representative spoke, stating that instructors can learn unique things from trainees, such as their drive; while trainees can learn a great deal of work experience and technical skills from their instructors. The mentoring process is actually a mutual learning process, and he encouraged instructors to share their knowledge and progress together.

A student representative also spoke, expressing his honor at joining the Deheng family and acknowledging the responsibilities and expectations placed upon him. He acknowledged that while he possessed youthful energy, he lacked experience and lagged significantly behind his instructors. He hoped to grow quickly under their guidance. He encouraged students to be diligent in learning, asking questions, observing, and listening in the future. He believed that "deep roots make for lush foliage," and with the correct guidance of instructors and leaders, students would thrive in the Deheng family.

Although this "mentorship" launch meeting has concluded, our training has only just begun. We believe that all instructors will be open and honest in their future work, and that trainees will humbly seek guidance and diligently implement the instructions. We hope that everyone will gain something and improve in this learning environment, and that we can all take this opportunity to become good partners at work and good friends in life!
